FAQs
The kennel provides a raw beef diet, fed once a day. You are always welcome to bring your own food if the raw beef diet isn’t suitable for your dog.
If your dog cannot eat beef, is anxious or a fussy eater please bring your own food to ensure there is definitely food available from them to eat. If your dog has allergies or needs dry food, you must provide their own food for their stay.
You should bring your dog's vaccination records.
The kennel provides beds, blankets, toys, and meals. You are welcome to bring a blanket or toy with a familiar scent for comfort but please don’t bring anything valuable as it can get lost or damaged.
The kennel can administer medications as per your instructions at no extra cost.
Each dog has access to supervised yard time for approximately 10-15 minutes once a day.
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, including the C5 vaccine or a minimum of C3, and the Canine Cough vaccine. Please consult with your vet if you aren’t sure what vaccinations are required.
Puppy vaccinations
All puppies must have all 3 core vaccinations before they attend doggy daycare or board with us. For the safety of your puppies, we will turn you away if they are not fully vaccinated.
There are various discounts available, such as a 10% discount for stays of 30 days or more, a 3-for-2 discount for families with 3 dogs staying over 10 nights, a 10% discount for pensioners staying over 10 nights, and a 10% FIFO discount for multiple bookings.
The kennel accepts cash, bank transfers, and EFTPOS but does not accept American Express.
Deposits
We require 25% deposits for bookings during school holidays/busy periods. Deposits are to be paid within 7 days of making the booking which can be paid via bank transfer, over the phone or in person. Deposits are refundable if cancelled with 14 or more days notice.
Late Fee:
We charge a $20 late fee for all boarding dogs collected after 12pm, and for daycare dogs collected after 5pm.
We offer socialising for desexed and 100% social dogs only.
If your dog shows signs of reactivity in the kennels, is highly anxious or isn’t comfortable with staff handling them we will not offer socialising as the safety of all dogs under our care is our priority.
Our kennels are made of metal fencing and are outdoors. Majority of our kennels are half outside and half undercover while in certain areas the runs are completely undercover. All the flooring in our kennels is either pavers or bricks.
We take photos Mondays – Fridays and post them on our Facebook and Instagram. If you don’t have social media, please let us know, we are always happy to send photos via text or email.
