We charge a $20 late fee for all boarding dogs collected after 12pm, and for daycare dogs collected after 5pm.

We require 25% deposits for bookings during school holidays/busy periods. Deposits are to be paid within 7 days of making the booking which can be paid via bank transfer, over the phone or in person. Deposits are refundable if cancelled with 7 or more days notice.

The Apple Street daycare program is for dogs who are 100% social and comfortable interacting with both people and other dogs. To ensure a safe and positive experience, we carefully group dogs based on their size, age, confidence level, and play style.

We offer two supervised daycare groups:

• A group for smaller, elderly, or less confident/quieter dogs

• A high-energy group for larger and more active dogs

This allows each dog to socialize and play with companions of a similar energy level and temperament. All group play sessions are closely supervised by our experienced staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Following playtime, dogs are given scheduled rest periods in smaller groups or individual pens. These quiet breaks are an important part of the day, helping to prevent overstimulation and ensuring dogs remain relaxed and comfortable throughout their stay.

Our daycare operates on a term-based booking system, and we are unfortunately unable to offer casual one-off daycare days or accommodate dogs that are not social with other dogs and people.
